Can I cancel my order?
No, you can’t cancel your order once it’s placed, so please double check all the details carefully before you check out. If there’s a problem after you’ve placed your order, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible.
What if my order isn’t right?
If your order arrives and something isn’t right, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Make sure you keep your order in an unworn, unaltered condition with all the tags attached, or we won’t accept it as a return.
How do I return my order?
We only accept returns if your order arrives faulty. Contact us and we will send you all the information that you need to return your order. All orders will need to be returned to us in their original condition and packaging. All orders must be returned in an unworn, unworn, unaltered condition with the tags still attached. Any orders that arrive back to us that don’t meet this condition will be returned to you and you won’t receive a replacement or credit, so please be very careful when opening and trying your order on.
How do I know what size I am?
All of our garments have size guide to help you decide which size to order. If you need some guidance, please contact us at email@example.com and we will assist you.
Your sizing is different to the size that I usually buy
Size charts and sizing varies from brand to brand, so please order the sizes that match your measurements, even if it doesn’t match with the size that you might wear in other brands.
What if I’ve ordered the wrong size?
Please double check your measurements and the chosen size carefully as orders cannot be changed after they are placed. If you need help deciding what size to order, get in touch and we’ll help you.
Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes. We deliver worldwide. Shipping costs and times vary. See our shipping information page for more details. You are responsible for all import and custom charges that may apply in your country.
Do you have express shipping?
Not yet, but we will be adding an express shipping option as our merchandise range expands.

Can I track my order?
All orders are posted with tracking. You will receive your tracking number and information on how to track your order when your order is posted.

Yes, you will have to sign for your delivery on arrival.
How long will it take to post my order?
All items that are in stock will be posted within 3 business days. For all pre-order items, see the item description for an approximate posting date. Shipping times vary depending on your location.

No, we only sell online through this website or at our live events.
